Account Deletion Information

We understand you may wish to delete your SmoothTalk account. This page explains the process and consequences.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once initiated and confirmed, the following will occur:

  • Your user profile and authentication details will be removed from our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • All your practice session history, including recordings, feedback, and scores, will be permanently deleted from our database.
  • Any custom scenarios you have created will be permanently deleted.
  • You will no longer be able to log in with this account or access any of its associated data or services.

This process cannot be reversed. Please be absolutely sure before proceeding.

You are free to create a new account in the future if you wish, but it will start completely fresh without any of your previously deleted data or history.

How to Delete Your Account

To initiate the account deletion process, you need to be signed in. Please go to your Account Management page:

On the Account Management page, you will find a "Delete My Account" option in the Danger Zone section. You will be asked to confirm this action before the deletion is finalized.
